How to change Site Tittle?

Where can I change the site title Zen Cart to my site name what ever I want? How to change Author name also?

Change the title in includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/meta_tags.php.

There's debate about this, but credit should remain to the Zen Cart team.

I can't find meta_tags.php. There is only one file in my templete folder. Please help.

includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php

After you change it, you should save it to includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE

where YOUR_TEMPLATE is the name of your custom template override folder.
