need to replace logo header image

the existing logo header image contains my logo, a slogan and a palm tree image but it's too large. I resized it and think it will look much better and take up less space. I found the larger one in includes/templates/mytemplate/images and is called header.jpg. How do I tell ZC I want to replace this image with a new one. I uploaded the new one and called it header4.jpg.

Start by removing the header.jpg image from your server(can just rename it) then rename your new image to header.jpg...

After there might be some minor css adjustments and maybe not

i did that but it it did not work. I'm looking in css - where abouts would I find that? i'm thinking i should change it in css because it is not recognizing that I deleted the large one and put a new one in there. it still shows the large image. thanks

What about changing the 'HEADER_LOGO_IMAGE' define in languages/english/header.php to the name of your new image and refreshing the page?

I've had occasions where leaving the file called logo.gif causes it to be refreshed consistantly, but if I call the new image 'newlogo.gif' and change the defines, it works on the first try.
