Zones Shipping Module - Split up country

Below is a Normal example how to set up the zones for shipping.. what i want to do is say for Zone 1 have instead of the WHOLE country have the Country ie CANADA spit in to 3.. ie,, have the west, central and east provinces set up.. As shipping rates might vary depending where you are located.. Is this possible..

If so Can you add another Mod to make more Zones instead of the 3???

Zone 1 Shipping Table

You might look into the Add-on for the Zone tables shipping module, as that Free Software Add On is able to allow you to define your Zones more specifically with the Detail settings than just naming the countries ...
