Depending upon the way your host manages their accounts - - you need to determine what the DB naming convention is now on the new server versus the old....

You will find the DB access details in 2 files both named "configure.php"
One in
/includes
the other in
admin/includes

Check that the DB items are the same in both files and that they match what you DB access details are now
