Great idea Kobra. I'll try that. Can I beg you to point me to the right logs to trace the issue, should there be one?

Unless you know your way around using shell access you might check in WHM > Account Functions > Raw Apache Log
Ok, here's where I am.
I installed another installation of zencart on the same account, into a different directory.
I was able to login to this fresh install, and all payment modules seemed fine.
I then exported the database out of the original install, and imported in to the new. At this point, the problem presented itself to me in the new install.
I am making a guess that this means it is something to do with the data.
I am fully comfortable at a *nix shell. If you can give me specific log files to look for the errors, that would be easier than fighting through WHM.

I have checked all http logs, apache ssl logs, etc. and find nothing related. I did 'tail -f' and watched for change when loading the page with error, there was nothing other than normal httpd log data as the page loads.
Is the original inatall a fresh install or an upgraded one and if upgraded from what to what.
Also, how many modules that have sql or DB entries to install & what?
The original install was fresh, then upgraded recently to the current version. I do not remember what the original install was, but, on that host, all is working.
There are currently only two db's. ZC1 and ZC2
