Table problem?

I've been trying to figure this thing out for ages and just cannot seem to find out what I need to do.

When I have a product in the cart and click on the checkout page, the layout goes all wrong. For some reason the table is far too wide and I'm not sure what I need to do to corrct it.

If you put a product in the cart and tehn click on checkout you will see what I mean. Any help greatly appreciated, it's driving me mad!

I'm going to reinstall an old copy of the website, so please ignore this post. I may repost if I fail to get things working!

Still having problems. It is Steps 1 and 2 of the checkout pages that the page is too wide. For some reason, Step 3 is fine. Please can someone have a look and give me some guidance as I'm a bit lost on this one. I've no idea what I need to change to get things looking right.
