Unable to Login in Admin Section

Hi i've just completed a first install of zencart.
I am unable to login to the Admin panel even though i know my username and passwords are correct.

I have tried resending my password also and running the following script

DELETE FROM admin WHERE admin_name = 'Admin'; INSERT INTO admin (admin_name, admin_email, admin_pass, admin_level) VALUES ('Admin', 'admin@localhost', '351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b', 1);

This runs succesfully. I can see in the server database that my username has been changed to Admin but I am still unable to login.

The server company seem to think everything is working ok.

Please help - i've spent 2 full days on this and it's driving me nuts!

Are you able to login to the Shop?

The idea being if you cannot login to either, then it could be your secure settings ...

No i am unable to login to shop.
I did chose to not enable SSL on the installation. My server company also tried logging in from my server with no luck either. I've also tried logging in from other PC's turning firewalls off and deleting cookies etc.
Did you know if there is any way of checking what the secure settings are selected to in my server database?

On your server, you have two configure.php files:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

If you could post those, from the server, without your username and password, perhaps we can see something that is not configured correctly ...

How did you install Zen Cart?

And I am assuming you installed Zen Cart v1.3.8a ...

Hi I really appreciate your offer of help.
Sorry i'm having trouble attaching the .php (downloading as php.txt) files to this message. When I click the attach button above this message and click upload to upload the .php files from my desktop (where i have downloaded them to) i get an invalid file message. Sorry about this but any ideas on this one first?

You could load the file with cut and paste as CODE ... one per post ...

Just be sure you are getting the current files from the server and that you remove your username and password at the bottom of the files ...
