Can 'Logo' link to another web site??

I want to use the header logo for another purpose but want to see if it is possible. Basically I want a jpeg advert in there taking up roughly a third of the header space (sample size at the site: http://plantperfection.co.uk/shop/ ) which someone would click on and be taken to a special offer description (probably on an EZ Page).

Is this possible? Can I change the logo so that when clicked it leads to where I want it to rather than always being a link to the main page?

If I am way off track, is there any other better way of having an offer I can easily change monthly? I have looked into banners but as far as I can see they can't be placed in the header esactly where I want them - or am I missing a way of placing them?

If the link takes the user outside Zen Cart, the user's session and shopping cart will most likely be lost. Why don't you look into using the banner manager for this purpose?

THanks for that. I have tried using the banner manager which sounds ideal (especially being able to auto-update each month with the appropriate offer), but from what I could see it can't be exactly positioned. The guy I'm doing the site for is keen to have something like that exactly where the current sort of test logo is (right hand side of main header).

Is there a way I am missing of positioning banners more accurately?
