    Default Cross Browser Issue

I seem to have an issue with ie and firefox, i have searched the forums for cross browser issues but havent been able to find a solution so far.

When i view my site with ie these 2 pages here:

    http://the-digi-boutique.com/boutique/

    http://the-digi-boutique.com/boutiqu...=index&cPath=1

the new products images and the subcategories list display exaclty like i want them to but when i view the same pages with firefox they do not line up or display correctly, can this be fixed

Thank you in advance for any help.

BTW, I really like the look of your site, but the file sizes of your images will scare away anyone on dial-up or a slow DSL, I think.

Hi Steve, thanks for your reply, i will read through that thread just now.

About my image sizes, do you have any ideas how i could reduce the size? should i tell my designers to save thier images a jpg/jpeg rather than pngs and gifs?

I think the Image handler 2 mod will resize and optimize your images. Probably worth a try for a site as dependent on imagery as yours.

I'd do everything as .jpg's - IE doesn't always deal with .png's so well.
