can't figure it out!

the problem is;

I have 4000 emails (newsletter subscribers) in newsletter subscription database and 2000 of them needs to be deleted(duplicate) (by mistake I added " ;,; ' at the end of each original2000 emails. so first I need to figure out how to delete them in bulk.
Is there a way to delete the whole database and import the needed original 2000 e-mails?if yes how?


then my hosting comp doesnt allow me to email to more than 500 people per hour. so I need to have 5 groups containing 500 emails per group (2000 in total)


Any suggestions?

I took care of problems. only thing that i need to do is'

I am using newsletter subscription mod and when i upload about 2000 email adresses I accidentaly add " ;,; " to the end of each email.
Then I uploaded the correct ones but I still have the first 2000 with " ;,; " at the end. So all I need to do is to delete 2000 email adresses which has " ;,; " at the end of each one.


Any suggestions?
