Default Please help re server change

In an effort to add SSL to my cart, my hosting company had to move me to a new location with a new cpanel on their server. All of my Zen Cart files were moved, as I had them set up (products and templates are all intact).

When I go to my domain www.poodlesupply.com now, I am being presented with a "System Setup Required" page to begin installing Zen Cart (Thank You for Loading Zen Cart).

As I read on the page it says: "If you recently edited your configure.php files for any reason, or maybe moved your site to a different folder or different server, then you'll need to review and update all your settings to the correct values for your server.
See the Online FAQ and Tutorials area on the Zen Cart™ website for assistance."

I can't get in to my admin to make any changes and I can't seem to find the Tutorial that addresses this. I also couldn't seem to pull up a past Forum Thread on it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
