2 small problems

I am sure that these are probably very small problems. But here goes.......How can I have multiple images showing for some of my products?

Also, I want to do away with the Category "menu" in the header and just use the menu in the left column. How can I take the top menu out.

Admin -> Config -> Layout Settings -> Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF

Set to 0

I've set the Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF setting to OFF, and the Categories disappears; however, I have one small problem. With IE 7 the EZ pages menu disappears. With FireFox it's still displayed. Got any idea what might be causing this, and more importantly, how I can get the EZ pages back up on IE?
