I've seen information output I think in Firebug that had that kind of formulaic verbose declarations, while the actual stylesheet applying to the element was more succinct.

Well gentlemen.. that whooshing sound you're hearing is the sound of all of this going over my head.. **LOL**
Good news is that adjusting the column size from the admin did the trick.. So I thank you ALL for coming to a ladies aid!
