we have first class USPS enabled, so it calculates under 13 ounces, but on our checkout page:

when the cart is over 1 pound, it should only show ups, but it also shows: USPS and says: "-2147219434 - First Class mail must weigh 13 ounces or less."

questions:

1. why does it say anything? it is over 13 ounces, it should just say, "Not available"

2. why does it say -2147219434?

3. how can I fix this?
