When confirming the order during step 3 the cart just hangs until the browser times out. I searched and found others with similar problems but they were all using a payment gateway. Mine even hangs with no gateways installed using Check as the payment option.
When I did the fresh 1.3.8 install last week I did a test order and all was fine.
Any thoughts?

What payment and shipping modules are installed? Have you made any customizations? What is the URL?

I have Check/Money Order for payment and storepickup for delivery. (Although I made a language change to FOB Warehouse)

The only real thing that comes to mind mod wise is Super Orders.
