I've got ZC running on three subdomains. Two of which need to be password protected. They all go to the same folder which in this case is 'store'. I'm using Multi-Site module to make it so each subdomain has it's own store and items which vary from store to store. I think I need to either create or modify an .htaccess and/or .htpassword file but I don't understand how to do it properly or where to place it. On the root? Inside the store folder? Somewhere else?

Anyone understand how to do this and help me out a little bit?
