How do I Add or Remove Items from an Order?

I had a customer place an order for two items. However, one of the items is not longer available from my supplier. Therefore, I need to remove that item from her order and substitute a different product. Is this possible and if so how?

I have downloaded the files but the instructions are vague in the readme.txt.

It says to upload the files into my store directory??????

NO...it means copy files from that downloads admin folder
into your existing zencart admin folder...
BACKUP DATABASE AND STORE BEFORE ADDING MODULES.

Woah! Sorry I'm not as smart as you are but that is still vague.

There are files AND folders. Do I copy the files of each of those folders into the coresponding folders of the store?

If the files and folders are set up in the correct configuration, you should be able to ftp the mod's admin folder content directly into the store admin folder. Be sure you don't get /home/admin/admin/whatever/..., just /home/admin/whatever/...
