Remove Newsletter sign-up option

I would like to have an email sign-up box on my site for Constant Contact, however, I can't figure out how to remove the option for customers to sign up for newsletters and updates through Zen admin. I want to get rid of the newsletter option through Zen and strictly use my Constant Contact sign-up box.
Any ideas?

Admin -> Config -> Customer Details -> Show Newsletter Checkbox
