Add Pages to More Information Sidebox

So after ten days or so I'm still here without any content on my Page 5 and no idea how to fix this. Anyone? Please?

It's fixed - found what was missing. Added to includes/filenames.php:
define('FILENAME_DEFINE_PAGE_5', 'define_page_5');

I cannot get my pages, 5, 6, and 7 to work, they was working find until I upgraded to v1.3.9g, my pages are added to includes/filenames.php already. I have checked all files and rechecked. My banners, and define pages wasn't working until I added the extra_white_list.php. I deleted and reuploaded the pages, that didn't help. it's showing =FILENAME_PAGE_5,
=FILENAME_PAGE_6, =FILENAME_PAGE_7, 404 Page Not Found.

I am getting error while running the SQL Query:

Hi just installed this mod and I've noticed that it changes my scheuled evnts link in the information sidebox instead of reading scheduled events this is what I get BOX_INFORMATION_EVENTS how do I cure this

I've installed this mod. Pages 5,6 and 7 show up in the More Information sidebox but I don't see them in the Admin>Configuration>Define Page Status. I'd like to turn off pages 6 and 7 for now and just use 5.

What do you think went wrong?

The only install SQL I see is a text document. How do I run it?

I cant get pages 5-6-7 to appear in drop down menu for define pages editor.

They do appear in configuration-define page status though. How can I get the pages to appear in the drop down menu along with 2-3-4?
