Quantity per Product Option/Attribute

I'm new to Zen and have a question that I can't seem to figure out...

Say I am selling shoes on my site, and Shoe-A comes in sizes 10,11,12 and 13.
I can set this up, with a dropdown for the size.

But, what if I have 3x pairs of shoes for each size and someone buys a pair in size 10.
Now I have 2x pairs of 10s and 3x of all the other sizes.

Where do I see/set the Quantity for the Product? It seems to be an overall quantity (ie 4sizes x 3pairs = 12 pairs?)

How would I know that I am out of a certain size but not the other sizes?

I would also like to know how to do this. I have certain quantities of different sizes and would like the size option to disappear when sold out of a certain size.

In Admin, go to Configuration, select Stock and set the options there.

Whoops, you're right. I forgot I have an Add On: Stock by Attributes v4.7a

The directions I provided in my original post have to be done in order to use this feature / Add On, which will show up under Admin > Catalog > Products with Attributes Stock
