Help I want to get rid of Standard Checkout

I need help to get rid of standard checkout option from shopping cart.

I want to ONLY accept payment through google checkout but i cant seem to get rid of the standard checkout. I've already turned off all the payment option except for google checkout but checkout button still appear on the shopping cart.

modify the tpl_shopping_cart

just remove the link to checkout

thatway the GC button will take its place
