Coupons not installed - what gives?

Please help! I went in to tadmin to set up a coupon and when I went to Gift Certificates/Coupons... the drop down said Not Installed.

I clicked the Not Installed and it just refreshes the current page I'm on no matter what the page is!

I am running 1.3.8 and I recently installed Cross Sell (just another) and reinstalled Zen-Lightbox and TPP.

You will only see that message if both Discount Coupons and Gift Certificates are not installed ...

Go to the Modules ... Order Totals ...

Check to see if you have these two installed or not for:
Discount Coupon ot_coupon
Gift Certificates ot_gv
