Zen blocked by ISP or Modem?

I have a client who cannot access their Zen site from a newly installed Cellular modem. The site is accessed by most other sources and we have tried this cellular modem on other PC's as well with same result.

Its an Alltel wireless UTStarcom, UM175.

We can also access other sites on this same server with no issue. Actually Zen is installed in a subdomain and we are able to see the root directory before the forward refreshes, but nothing after that?

Any thoughts or advice on hwo to trouble shoot this?

Site loads fine and I suspect it is a Networking issue with the Modem.

Have you tried loading the site directly: http://www.ttiblakemore.com/shop/

Also, is the site to be moved up one level at some point? Using Zen Cart in a sub-directory for no particular reason would not seem to make much sense.
