SSL Not working

I configured the config.php files within the catalog & admin adn my SSL is still not working. I have it set to ...
define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://egyptwonderusa.com');
define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://secure170.websitewelcome.com/~egyptwon/');

define('ENABLE_SSL', 'yes');

Quadruple check that your edited configure.php file is uploaded...

If permissions are set on some hosts, this file can not be overwritten or edited until you FIRST change the permissions to a higher value that allows editing

And if you remove the trailing slash from the URL?

Uh ... you might want to change that 'yes' to 'true' - otherwise the program doesn't understand it

O MY LORD!! I knew it had to be something small I was overlooking. I accidentally had 'yes' and not 'true' for enable SSL. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!
