I have a problem with my 'create account' page. In Explorer, when it is clicked I get the message 'This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items?'

Now, I can't trace which item on the page is nonsecure? In fact, regardless to how I answer the question, the same things are displayed.

Would anyone be kind enough to have a look at the page and see if they can see what the problem is?
