File Not Found - HTTP 404

Okay, I contacted my hosting service and they said I need to reinstall the cart. I don't know what happened since I have not made any changes since it was working just fine. All other pages not related to Zen Cart are working, every Zen Cart page get the 404 error code. If I do have to reinstall my entire cart, what files do I need to copy to make sure I at least have my products still available. It took me days to get the store to look the way I wanted it, but I think I can do that much faster now. I just don't want to have to reupload every product in my store. Thanks in advance.

If your database is intact, (another question for your host) you should be able to re-install Zencart and point it to the previous database during the installation process. If your database is gone, too, you'll have to do everything over again.

Did they say what happened to your files? Don't they do backups?

It's always a good idea to save copies of all the files you modify to a folder on your local computer, so if this happens you don't need to re-style everything. All I do is unzip a copy of the Zencart zip file into a folder named the same as my domain, and save the files I edit in their proper places there.
