I'm locked out of Admin

Help! I've locked myself out of admin. I reset the password but the resend password function is not working.

When I reset the password, I did not notice that I had typed the admin password partially in capital letters... i.e., [email protected].... I didn't think that would matter at first - but the system didn't recognize my email without the caps... and now... it is sending the reset password to the incorrect email --- because I am not getting one at the same address in lowercase letters. Very strange but now stuck.

But now I'm locked out of admin. What can I change in the file system in through the server? Any suggestions?
