Zip file download?

Hey all.
Just setting up my store where I upload horse racing ratinge daily in Zip file format.

I am stuck! I don't know how to do it at all, I've tried to follow the FAQ. shouldn't it be easy?

All I want to do is each day upload my files, set the price to $10 and not have to worry about it for the rest of the day.
I know that you've got to upload to /download and I've done that, when I add the file to the store I can't test it to see if its there and ready to be sold.
I've started a paypal biz account and thats all set up.

Each day, replace this file with another named THE SAME

I don't want to replace the file every day, I want to add new ones every day.

Surely this is easier than what it seems.
I've tried to follow the tutorials but just don't get it.
I know with Cube you can just add a download and its done.

You can only add a download through the attribute controller telling it what the file name is....

So you can add another attribute each day with it's associated download file name
