What method did you use to install it in the first place?

The installer that comes with Zen Cart (when you do the install yourself) offers you the option of installing demo data on the second-last page of the installation process. If you elected not to install demo data there, you'll need to go through the install again from the beginning, which will wipe out everything on your store (but if you have only just done an install, then there's nothing to worry about deleting anyway).
