    Default Please help : I Can't log in as administrator

    Hi everyone,
    My website uses zencart ver. 1.2.7 . and now i cannot log in into my www.../ /produsts/admin.
    please tell me what could be happend and how to sort it out.

    Also check with your host to see if they upgraded their version of PHP. Your (old) version of Zencart isn't compatible with PHP 5.

    Hi Stevesh,
    Thanks for information. Yes, my hosting server change to PHP 5.2.6. So it is maybe the reason. So what I have to do now.

    Yes, Zen Cart v1.2.x is not compatible with PHP5 and MySQL5. The best way to fix the problem is to upgrade to the latest version of Zen Cart, which as of this post is v1.3.8a ... which is compatible with PHP5 and MySQL 5.
