I ordered 2 fashion zen cart templates from their catalog and everything is OK. The templates are working and the best is that I paid just 59.99 USD. They are a new site (the domain is registered in 2008-09-10 ) and may be this prices are a strategy to show their face. I found the site on fin dmy te mpla tes DOT com and even I used the promote code "find my templates" and get 10% discount.
They helped me with template installation via online chat.

They are nice looking templates, though not exactly TM's style. It is not possible to tell anything about the coding quality from a jpeg such as their site shows; could you post a link to any working sites with one of their templates? Then we could give at least a basic opinion.

I can only offer my own experience. I purchased one of the Interior and Furniture templates. In setting up my website I did discover some coding errors in the template. For example, they had hard coded the length of the product descriptions so the value that you set in the ZenCart admin made no difference. I am an experienced programmer but I did pull out my hair for a while on glitches like this.

However, here is my biggest gripe. The price you agree to is not necessarily what you are charged. In my case, the credit card processing firm changed my USD purchase to Euro dollars. My credit card company then charged me a currency conversion charge. I have written to Template Monster asking for them to refund the difference since my receipt clearly states that I was paying USD. We'll see if they correct the problem.
