Hey Zenners,
I just recently moved my store to a new Host. Afterward I installed Help Center Live again and created a new Database for it. I installed everything and it works fine but the image on my site, Endless Sonata, won't change to "Online". It's stuck displaying "Offline".
Anyone know why or have a fix please?
Any suggestions appreciated!
