Hello,
I would like to setup each item that ships to be shipped a specific way and not allow the customer to be able to select a shipping
method. I sell 2 types of items: Ones I want to ship ONLY with
UPS and the others ONLY with USPS. How do I do this?

Not sure that would ever happen since the items are not similar in type. I just want to setup shipping options on a category level.
