how can i change the green colour?

I want to change the green color of the header and the boxes and everywhere.
how can i do it? is it by editing stylesheet.css? what is the current code of the green color which zen is using in its style to change it?

I saw that article but i dont want to change the whole template i just want to change the green color only keeping the template as it.
i need to know what exactly i have to do in stylesheet.

Assuming you're using the Classic template, the green is an image
in includes/templates/classic/images/tile_back.gif.

You really, really should create your custom template that afo mentioned. ZC v1.4 is coming, you know. Lots of new nifty things that you'll need and want. Altering the original core files and not learning the override system now will make it more difficult to upgrade later.

If you don't create a custom template, all your changes will be lost with the next upgrade/update.
