Attributes not showing

I am pulling my hair out with this one.

I set up my store yesterday and i am sure that I could see S, M, L and XL in the dropdown box yesterday.....today it is gone.

I am not sure what has changed to make this happen.

I cannot see anything when using BeyondCompare.

My site is www.bike-wares.com

Every item should have a dropdown box to select the size, but nothing is displayed in teh dropdown box.

Can someone please tell me where I should start looking for the problem.

Can you check your Option Names and make sure that they are filled in?

If you switch to Classic Template, does this fix the problem?

I have checked my option names, they are filled in.

I have also switched to the Classic Template and I have the same problem.

If you look in the products_options_values in phpMyAdmin do you see option value names on everything?

What language_id to you see on these? Does the value match what you see in the languages table?

If you look in the products_options_values_to_products_options table, do you see the paring of the products_options_id and products_options_values_id ...

If you look in the products_attributes and find all attributes for the products_id ... what values are you seeing for the options_id and options_values_id ...

Hi I am having the same problem as brakepad. In my case, the drop-down menu for size selection does not show up.

1) This problem happens only for those use Internet Explorer. Both Safari and Firefox works.

2) The problem goes away when I switch to the Classic Template (not problem even for IE users).

Any suggestions?

It is probably something in your stylesheet ...

Try switching to the Classic Template ... does it work now?

To really know if this is the case it would help to peek at a URL to your site where you are having this issue ...

As I said in #2. The problem goes away when I switch to the Classic Template.

You mentioned about the stylesheet which file are you talking about?
stylesheet.css in include/templates/MY_templates/css ?

I am afraid I don't know enough about the stylesheets to tell you what might be affecting this in the other browsers ...

Perhaps one of the designer buffs could peek at this for you ...
