Hi, hoping someone here can help me. I have had a couple of sales on my website where payment has been made through PP. When logging into PP it states that there is no seller protection as there is no customer address on file (even though both customers assured me that they did put their addresses in).

I did see a similar thread where it said to do the following:

just replace the line ('no_shipping' =>

MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_ADDRESS_REQUIRED,)

with this entire thing:

//'no_shipping' => MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_ADDRESS_REQUIRED,
'no_shipping' ==2,

Now, I have searced and I don't have that file.

It is supposed to be located in public_html/includes/modules/payment/paypal.php but I don't have a paypal.php so not sure what needs to be changed.

Paypal's reply was as follows:

"This is most likely due to the way your buttons were made. You have an option to require shipping (which requires them to type in a shipping address) or not. In this case, I believe you most likely have shipping as optional. Because of this, no shipping addresses were provided and the transactions were not eligible for seller protection. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I would recreate the buttons to ensure that shipping is required by all customers."

So, I'm a bit stuck. Hope someone can help me. And I hope that all made sense!
