How to force checkout in default currency?

Hi, I only accept payment in U.S. dollars, but have enabled multi-currency display by request of many customers so they can get a better estimate of the cost in their local currency.

The issue I'm seeing is that the even though payment is being made in U.S. dollars, the order details and total appear in foreign currency.

I would like to know how I can force the checkout to be made in the default currency (US dollar) so all the order details will be recorded in US dollars.

I am having the same issue. USD and CAD currencies available for selection. Charges always in Canadian, Details shows Canadian total regardless of currency choice but Invoice showing USD (if selected) total. Customers should be wiser than to select a curreny other than the one they use but it may happen.
