Release queue button only worked once

Make sure you have the queue turned on for them in the Modules ... Order Totals ... Gift Certificates ot_gv ...

That was one of the first things I checked. It's been set to true since I first set it up.

The really confusing part is that it worked for the first gift certificate but not the second.

Any other thoughts?

Did you test buying this yourself to see what happens?

Do you just have the 1 Gift Certificate or do you have others that you can test?

The store has only been open for a few days. Both of these gift certificates were actual purchases. With the first purchase I rec'd the queue button for approval. I approved it and all went well. With the second purchase I did not receive the queue button for approval.

Is there a way for me to test the gift certificates without turning Paypal back to test mode.

You could just turn on the Check/Money Order for you to test this really fast when you are ready to test an Order for your own account ...

Mine are not queuing at all. I checked the module->order total and it is set up to queue.

Save all your settings for the Gift Certificates ot_gv Order Total Module ...

Now REMOVE ... INSTALL ... and re-configured it ...

Does your Product Model products_model start with: GIFT ...

What add-ons do you have on your site?

If you buy a Gift Certificate from your site, does it increase your balance in your account right after the order is completed?
