does a module exist for rebates for manufacturers?

i need a module that can have manufacturer rebates on certain product pages.


For example if i want to put a manufacturer rebate on a certain product page id like it to show up below the product price on the page and for them to be able to click and print out the rebate on that page.....

Any idea on how to do this? or does a module exist like this?

I have been very interested in a rebate module. However doing a search you can find some talk about it in the past but it looks like one was never created.

I keep telling myself I am going to attempt to create one but my php skills are lacking.
