Help with logo

So I was able to change my logo by renaming my new one logo.gif and just replacing it, but that was after I tried https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=125 but nothing at all worked from that tut.

My question is, how do I change the size of the logo? I try in every place the tutorial above says, but nothing at all changes. Also, (sorry I don't know the technical tern for this) when you hover over the logo and the description pops up, how do you edit that? I've already edited it but I can't remember where I did.

When I try editing any of the header.php files in /english/... nothing ever happens. When I open header.php from /includes/languages/english/ or /includes/languages/english/classic, it still has the "Powered By Zen Cart :: ......" description, but I changed it somewhere else and it shows differently on my site.

So basically, where do I change the files to edit the logo and how can I re size it?

Sorry if I'm not clear on something, I'm brand new to this so just ask if you need anything clarified.

Have you created a custom template? If not, all your changes will be lost with the next upgrade/update. Please follow the directions in the tutorials/FAQ to do so.

Alright thanks, I can change most of the stuff now but the icon size still wont change? I tried editing it in header.php, is there something else I do to change the size?

What is the actual size of the header? Can you post a link to the site?
