JROX Affiliate Program NOT recording Affiliate Sales

I just added JROX (jamaffiliate) affiliate program to my site and everything seems to be working but I don't think it's tracking affiliate sales. I've logged into my JROX affiliate amin area/settings/system intergration.
Here are the settings that are on the page:
Intergration Type: Paypal_IPN from the drop down menu.
Sale Amount Variable: $paypal_amount
Transaction ID Variable: $txn_id

there are a few lines of code it says to add to my buy it now button or check out button. Where do I insert that? What page?

Suggest you contact JRox and request support for your problem.

Yes ... read the instructions on the JROX site. You've chosen "PayPal" as your integration type ... and thus I'm not surprised that you're not seeing Zen Cart transactions ... because Zen Cart is not PayPal.

JROX assigns the affiliate record when the shopper returns to checkout_success which is logical, as that page represents the final step in the transaction.

Surely, therefore, if your payment gateway/system returns the shopper to checkout_success, it ought to be recording the affiliate record?

JROX support emailed me back and I followed the directions for Zen Cart.. all I had to really do was upload a file. I did a test order and it recorded it!!!

Great that you got it sorted! JROX is quite the most brilliant Affiliate Software out there - and the great part about it is that you can avoid the hefty fees charged by the big Affiliate companies.

In fact, when you get the hang of JROX, going into competition with the big guys is distinctly possible!
