I don't know what the issue is with the blank sidebox, but when you add code to it, the entire site shows as a white blank page.

I noticed several other people posted with the same issue and nothing seems to be rectified.

I do know the module is labeled for 1.3.7. Will this not work with 1.3.8?

I have tried twice now with this.
Once to add a Live Help Online/Offline logo which caused the same problem.
The second time, I am trying to add Shopmania logo and validation code for my site.

But it won't validate my site, because member code is removed.
Shopmania demands their code cannot be changed.

Appreciate some help with figuring out the issue with the blank sidebox.
