I need help... This is the error I am getting

145 Table './zen_db_cache' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
in:
[db_cache table]


Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

Please explain as if you were talking to an idiot as I'm by no means an expert with this.

1. Access phpMyAdmin (usually provided by your hosting company's control panel).
2. Select your store's database from the pulldown list on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on the "SQL" tab on the right side of the screen
4. Type in the following and click "Go":

repair table zen_db_cache;

If that doesn't work, you must contact your hosting company for specific assistance.
