    Default Limit to SKU quantities? -EZPopulate

    I'm trying to do easy populate with 9600 items. I get a file error, but about half the items are uploaded. We've tried doing a file split to much smaller files, but again at around 5000 we're unable to upload any more items. Is there a limit to the number of different items we can have on Zen Cart?

    No. There are much larger stores. What prevents you from uploading more?

    Try uploading only around 1000 items at a time with EasyPopulate..

    Thank you for the replies.

    We tried splitting it into 33 separate files and things went well till we got to file 16 (Approx half) and now we're back to the errors and it won't accept any more prodducts.

    I wonder whether there is something amiss with your file or your data. But since you're keeping the specifics of the errors secret, there's not ot more that we can do to help you.

    Agree with Kuroi...sounds like problem with en EP entry around halfway..so need to recheck file 16 or previous one, 15..but as Kuroi stated, if you don't post what error is being received..not much else can advise at this stage.

    Does this mean it's the server that has an issue rather than zen?
