cloned zone not being calculated when selected

I have cloned the zones module to allow for one day and two day shipping prices. It shows the correct prices at check out for each of the 3 options(standard,one day and two day).
But when I select any of them I always get the standard rate on the next page.
What did I miss?

Cloning Zone Rates zones can be rather tricky ...

I think it must have been a cloning error unless underscores in the cloning name (zones_one) would make a difference which i doubt

zones_one will throw up ... as zones will conflict with it ... :eke:

so it was the underscores. Thanks.
I didn't really believe i had cloned wrong.
Find and replace is accurate in Komodo.
