iTransact

Hi,
I have a client using iTransact. It setup nicely using the plugin however, the sale never completely went through when we ran a purchase. Does anyone know if there is another step to the process? Or perhaps a setting? I know it only says that the sale is pending

Anyone know where I might even look to find a solution? I had the client as the iTransact and they don't even see the hit on the account. Does this mean that the plugin does not work??
