Order Information Page....Some Information Missing

I seem to be having a problem with the customer order information page. This is the page that a customer clicks on to review the details of previous orders.

For instance...it reads Order Date:....but no date is specified.

Also below "Delivery Information" it reads WARNING: Missing Shipping Information

Below Billing Address there is nothing.

Below Payment Method there is nothing.

(This information is properly shown on the invoices in the admin area and if a customer goes to his account...all his address information shows up....but the information is not in the Order Information page properly.)

I am assuming that the problem is more than just choices in the admin area. So can someone suggest where I might look to see what is going on?

The problems have apparently been resolved.....at least for new orders. My shop is still in the testing mode and all of the orders that were not showing up properly in the customer order information page were orders that had been placed before I enabled SSL in my store. I just entered several new orders and the information is properly showing for the new orders...though still not for the old orders. I am assuming that for some reason the Zen Cart is unable to locate the information for purposes of filling in the details due to the change to SSL status in between the time the order was placed and the time when the "customer" sought to review the infomation in the customer order information page.
