Can someone tell me what this means Please

This has suddenly appeared in my AdminActivity Log, it appears 2 times with different IP address, neither of which are mine.

Does anyone know what this means? Is it bad?

I never noticed it before, and I do check periodically.

Ok I did a who is on the IP addresses here is what I got... doesn't mean anything to, but it makes me very nervous that someone elses IP is showing up in my admin log.. was I hacked? Did they get in or only try?? My paranoia is running amuck.
