i deleted my flash banner by mistake. i cant get back in contact with the web designer. could some let me know how i can get it back. the way i deleted it was when i was making changes to my welcome text.

could there be a backup in my hosting ftp or somthing like that im using abc hosting. if there is could someone let me now where i could find it. thank you
