Header/tagline white space

I am getting a small white area in my header next to the logo (below the tagline area). I'm sure this is something simple, but I've been banging my head for a while now and have tried many of the suggestions in the forum but no joy. Does anyone have a suggestion how to fix this?

I'm on zencart v1.3.8

In your tpl_header.php remove the <br class="clearBoth" />
that is after the "tagline"
